Information AAC may collect

AAC may collect contact information, athlete and family details, registration information, payment records, messages, documents, and technical information needed to operate the public website, AAC App, and private AAC Portal.

How information is used

Information is used to operate club programs, communicate with families, manage teams and schedules, process registrations and payments, maintain safety and eligibility records, and support authorized club operations.

Accounts and contact email

The email chosen when an AAC account is created is used for sign-in and club contact. Families are responsible for keeping account credentials and Club Access Codes private.

Children and athletes

AAC limits access to private athlete and family information to authorized users. Parents and guardians should review information submitted for minor athletes and contact AAC if a record needs to be corrected.

Service providers and outside links

AAC may use service providers to support forms, payments, communication, hosting, and club operations. Outside resources are labeled before visitors leave the AAC website. AAC does not sell personal information.
